Fatigue

Is this you?

  • You’re exhausted. You get 8 hours of sleep most nights but you still struggle to get out of bed. You keep yourself going with coffee and sugary snacks, and you wonder where the heck the energy went that you had when you were 20. You might think, “Why can’t I feel like that again?”

  • You are frustrated. You’ve gone to the doctor who just blames aging, but you’re struggling to believe that’s true. You’ve checked your thyroid, but the tests come back saying your levels are “normal”. You’ve scoured the internet for other answers, but nothing seems to make sense.

  • You’re missing out on precious family and social time because you are too exhausted to go out. You spend days in bed hoping tomorrow will be different and you’ll finally wake up feeling refreshed… but you never do.

  • You feel hopeless. You’re worried that you will be stuck this way for the rest of your life and you’ll never feel energetic again. You don’t know what else to do or where else to turn.

Don’t worry. I can help you! My story is a lot like yours. I used to waste entire days in bed because I was so tired all the time. I was missing out on parties, soccer games and weekends with my kids. The truth is, you have to run the right tests to get the right answers. Just because your results are “normal” does not mean they are “optimal”. The difference between “normal” and “optimal” is the difference between you being present and happy in your life and being on the sidelines watching others and feeling miserable about it. (I explain the difference in my free ebook-keep reading)

The key to solving your fatigue can be found in addressing the root causes of the issue. To do this, you have to take a good look at the four pillars of health. They are:

  • Hormone Balance

  • Toxicity

  • Nutrition Deficiency

  • Mental, Emotional, and Spiritual Balance

Energy levels and fatigue in your body have multiple inputs that determine them, so there are several systems involved. Hormone balance evaluation is essential, but all of the pillars can play an equal role in creating fatigue, and failure to assess them all can result in never feeling as good as you could and should be.

When you work with me, we will take a deep dive into each of the four pillars and get to the bottom of why you feel so tired all the time, plus how to fix it.
