Happy Bedtime Feet Blend

grapeseed oil fill bottle 50-80% full depending on how strong you desire blend to be

Add Rose oil 20 drops

Lavendar oil 5 drops

Vanilla oil 1 drop


Clean Hands Blend

Grapeseed oil fill bottle 50-80% full depending on how strong you desire blend to be

Add Ylang Ylang oil 10 drops

Frankensense oil 5 drops

Thieves oil 5 drops


Sleep Well Bath Bomb

4 Lbs Epsom Salts

1.5 Lbs. Baking Soda

Clary Sage Oil 10 drops

Substitute other oils to vary effects

Lavender oil 10 drops in bedtime bath will assist sleep as well.
